នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (កម្ពុជាលើ) លោកទទួលអំពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលសង្គមរាស្ដ្រនិយម ។

អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ ខ្ញុំសូមគាំទ្រសំណើសុំទាមទារសិទ្ធិមួយចំនួនរបស់ជនរួមជាតិខ្មែរដែលមានដើមកំណើតនៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម
ដែលលោកពុំទាន់បានទទួល មានជាអាទិ៍ សិទ្ធិទទួលអត្ដសញ្ញាណបណ្ណ បណ្ណគ្រួសារ ការចុះបញ្ជីសៀវភៅអាត្រានុកូលដ្ឋាន និងលិខិតឆ្លងដែន ។ល។

Statement of Norodom Sihanouk of Kampuchea

In the era of popular socialist policy, I and the Royal Government of Cambodia in that time offered Khmers of Kampuchea Krom with enjoyment of full rights as the people in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

As a result, I would like to support some of the claims of Khmers of Kampuchea Krom, which they have yet to receive such as: Identification cards, Family cards, Residency Registrations, and passports, etc.
