Revision and Amendment of Bylaws, and Dissolution of Community
ARTICLE 32. Congress shall be the sole component vested with power to amend these Bylaws or to dissolve the community.There shall be a 2/3 (two-third) majority of the Executive Committee members or 2/3 majority of community council members required to convene to amend the Bylaws or to dissolve this community. In the event the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community becomes dissolved, its properties shall be made in charity to non-governmental organizations that congress approves.These Bylaws were unanimously adopted by the convention in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, on Monday twenty first, the month of October of the year two thousand two, in duplicate copies in the Khmer Language
