The issue of human rights is not just the issue of the Khmers in Kampuchea Krom and Cambodia, it is the international issue. Dictators and authoritarians want to make human rights as an internal affair of their own countries that contravene to the UN Charter and Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international covenants and treaties.
